Mike Hall, a charismatic planner, founded Hall & Partners over 25 years ago. He was frustrated that most marketing, advertising, and market research often ignored the strategic goals and intent of brands.
He believed in creativity with discipline. This led him to invent a better approach to evaluating creativity using a set of guiding principles and a strategic framework. Mike’s approach changed the research world and revolutionised thinking in the advertising industry.
Vanella Jackson, Global CEO, arrived at Hall & Partners in 2004, following the business joining the Omnicom Group. Previously, she had a successful career as an Account Planner in some of the world’s best advertising agencies including Bartle Bogle Hegarty, J Walter Thompson, and AMV BBDO.
This planning background helped Vanella develop an innovative approach at Hall & Partners, creating a new framework for today’s always-on world. Under her leadership, the company has grown and expanded to new markets to form a high-level collaborative global network.
Vanella has been a ‘UK Woman of the Year’ and is a Fellow of the Market Research Society (formerly Chair).
