The Global Insight Team have put The Hub at the heart of their platform ecosystem, combining data automation and insight storytelling for greater impact.

The issue

The Global Insight team wanted to improve the immediacy and impact of insights from across the business. They asked us to accelerate the speed of reporting from three different trackers and to find an alternative to time-consuming PowerPoint reporting and constant data requests.

What we did

We combined data from the three trackers, across 20 markets, to create integrative dashboards accessible to users across the organization. The Insights Team used the information to publish internal articles inspired by important themes and findings. Once use of the platform has become widespread, we added search, spend and app download data and widened the audience to every tier of global management.​
