The Belonging & Inclusion Network is a global, employee-led ecosystem that spans Escalent Group, giving people broad exposure across teams, time zones and perspectives. It’s open to all employees—whether you’re looking to build community through shared identity, learn from new perspectives or engage around common interests. This network is where global community leads to connection—and connection sparks action. It includes:

  • Belonging Resource Groups like our Asian and Pacific Islander, Black, Diverse Abilities Network, Hispanic and Latin American, and LGBTQIA+ groups—open to all who identify and those who want to listen, learn and show support through allyship, develop programs, resources and initiatives that nurture, recruit, and promote diverse talent at all levels of the organization
  • Shared Interest Groups including recipe, music, mental health, parents and caretakers, pets, run club and more—SIGs are like a virtual watercooler for Escalent Group, where fun and connection happen across roles and regions (plus anyone can start a new one!)
  • Inclusive Culture Group, our team that develops programs, communications, tools and best practices to bring our inclusive culture to life across Escalent Group
  • Cultural Advisory Group, a global network of multicultural experts whose lived experience, industry expertise and cultural fluency inform how we research, analyze, and represent underrepresented audiences in our client work
